Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how credits, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for the MyForexSchool AI Trading Coach platform.
1. Credit Wallet & Usage Model
AI Coach operates on a credit wallet ledger system. Credits are consumed when a mistake analysis report is generated:
- Generating a full mistake report consumes 8 credits.
- Re-analysing the exact same statement file within 24 hours costs 4 credits (50% discount).
- Credits are deducted atomically upon reservation and committed upon successful report completion.
2. Automatic Failed-Analysis Credit Return
If an analysis attempt fails due to an unexpected system error, rate limiting, or LLM unavailability (triggering template fallback), reserved credits are automatically released and returned to your wallet with zero charge.
3. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Pro or Pro+ monthly subscription at any time directly from the Billing Page or by contacting support:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.
- You retain full access to your remaining monthly credits until the period end date.
- No recurring charges will occur after cancellation.
4. 7-Day Refund Window for Unused Credits
If you purchase a paid subscription or top-up credit pack and wish to request a refund, you are eligible for a full or partial refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- Refund requests reverse unused monthly subscription credits or unused top-up credits.
- Credits already consumed for completed analyses are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
